Possible Free windex after coupon Lowes

Lowes have windex on sale for 2 dollar (pg 2?), there is a coupon zone for 2 dollar off, one per family. Great maybe I can grab one before its all gone.

...it's the "and" that makes me think that anyone redeeming this coupon would have to buy all three items to receive $2 off. :T
