    Yes, it wasn't nice. Sure many people were collecting for a higher reward, and still didn't see changes. They are gonna be mad. I personally was able to redeem for at least $5 GC yesterday, today I don't have even for a half of the amount. Not sure if I gonna keep this app in a future.

    I was 20 points away from a $5 GC yesterday morning went to redeem this afternoon and now I'm 1500 points away not thrilled lol but I knew something like this would happen it was to good to be true

    Yes, I'm also super annoyed. I was also saving for a nice redemption close to Christmas. I know it's free and all but that was just wrong not to warn us first.

    It took 3wks for me to receive my first $10gc in the mail. I cashed out for a $25gc a few days before the big change in prices...still waiting for it to arrive. I did not delete this app from my phone, but I am using it a LOT less since the devaluation of points came into effect.

    I also cashed out for $25 GC a few days before the 'change'. My GC has also not yet arrived. I've emailed them to ask about the status. Hope they respond soon.

    I finally got my second $25 esso card I had ordered before they changed the point system. It was about a month to get here. Slowly working towards a $10 which I would have been at or well past had they not changed it all. It do it when I remember and miss some days when I get to busy. Maybe the rewards will be faster is they have fewer to do.

    I have been locked out of my account since Friday. I have not been able to scan any grocery items other than those offered as bonus points. keeps telling me that I have reached my limit for this action (although you are supposed to be able to scan 50 items a day). Tried deleting the app and re-installing it but that didn't work. Just another thing in a long list of things that go wonky with this app. Since the points structure change, not so sure if it is worth the aggravation. So frustrating.

    Freshpoints just made an announcement....they have suspended the program for now. I think too many people were abusing it.

    I deleted the app right after they changed the point structure. Just not worth my time. Not surprised they went under at all. I just hope they honour the rewards that people had already cashed out but not yet received.

    I hope they do honour the rewards that have already been redeemed. I cashed out a few weeks ago and am still waiting for it to come. It was fun while it lasted.

    Wondered what was up when they were not answering messages on Facebbok.
