Do the glade candles (4.97) come effect dec 12? Because isn't that the normal price and do they all come with a $5 giftcard?

I dont know what the normal price is because I dont buy them but the flyer says the price was 6.98. And I also dont know if the $5 giftcard will be on it because everyone else has had luck finding them but I never saw them at my local walmart. And yes it starts Dec. 12.

i think the glade candles have been 4.97 for quite a while now, they rolled back on their prices.
