I know there is a thread mentioning that on Dec 16th we could get 20X points at SDM if we spend 50 or more. Since I can't find this on the flyers this week, I just called SDM. I've been told there are a batch of invitations randomly sent out recently for 20X points if you purchase $50 or more, and that is a coupon type of thing but not everyone will get it. You could watch for your mail. However, the Dec 16th promotion is not true though. Only other promotion around is the spend $100 on beauty product. Guess we don't need to wait for Dec 16th anymore.

Darn. I wonder if they will have a 20X before the end of the year. I have some coupons I was saving for just such an event. They expire the end of the year so if they don't I could always use them this weekend and get bonus airmiles.
Crap I am so disappointed.

I always thought stores tried HARDER when there is a bad economy. Taking away perks is a death sentence for any company that wants business.

They do, but their is always a bonus Redemption week before Christmas. They would Promote the hell out of their Optimum Points Promotions But they're trying to cut down by Optimally Removing the Bonus Redemption Before Christmas So people Would Spend their money or Optimum points without them Paying you another extra $50!

I guess we just need to watch for the bounus card they sent out for the 20X points in the mail. Was really hoping to combine the Satin Care with the 20X the points, but seems not possible anymore.

What makes someone an Optimum PLUS member? My daughter has saved over the last redemption limit. Is that a Plus member?

If you get 10000 regular points this year, you will be an optimum plus member. Basically you should spend more than $1000 at SDM (including coupon)

So by getting 25,000 points this month with the refer a friend event, my daughter now qualifies as a PLUS member? Wow, that's great!! Thanks for the info.
Oops.....wait.....will those points be regular points? Do they list your points online or on your bill as regular total for the year and bonus?Last edited by nmaxx; Sat, Dec 13th, 2008 at 01:56 AM.
