It's from shutterfly. The post man came and told me that I had to pay the said amount. I quickly checked where the parcel was from. I was stunned to see that it was from shutterfly and I had to pay that huge amount. When the post man saw my expressions he decided to give me a delivery notice and told me to pick it up from the post office.

Honestly, it has to be something else. Customs is calculated on the value of the item. I'd check with them to see who it's from.

I just called the post office and the lady informed me that at the time of mail it was put down that the package had photographs worth around $240. And $42 was the result of customs calculated on that huge amount. I refused the package on the phone and wrote an email to shutterfly. Hopefully I will hear back from them soon.

Sounds like someone at Shutterfly messed up on the customs label. That'd have to be one huge box for $240 worth of photos!!
