Michaels $2 Grab Bags?

I know these should be coming out soon, but does anyone know if there is a set date, or seen them at your local Michaels?

they are usually filled with the 'last' seasons items... summer products prolly know.. sometimes they dont' offer bags just the change to buy things like 10for$1.. etc. usually if your not like right there when they are offered or put out.. chances are slim to get them.. at least at our store.. they put them out at 9 and 9:05 they are gone..
i made off last year quite well with a bunch of goodies and made baskets out of them for a church bazaar.. it was awesome. hope you can find them OP.

as a former employee of michaels i can tell you that the $2 grab bags are put out after the end of season.
Seasonal merchandise is marked down to 60% then 70% then 80% sometimes it'll go as low as 90% off, but usually when it goes to 80 is when they start to ''grab bag'' whatever is left.
so summer merchandise will probably be ''grab bagged'' in september.

also there is no set schedule as it's not usually a priority, they usually send over the clearance bins to the cashier to bag up when its not busy. My advice? shop there often lol theres really no way to find out when they will be having the bags go out unless u work there.
and your right about the good stuff being gone fast.
I remember once I was filling up bags in the back of the store, i brought out a bunch and a group of ladies flocked onto it and grabbed it all.
within 2 minutes.
but this was on a saturday lol.
