The Smart Canucks Boxing Day Flyers tradition is back Post boxing day day flyers and get loads of rewards

Please note that these rewards apply to the actual Boxing Day and Week Flyers only not the week before Boxing Day.

What are the Rewards?

• Post a Boxing Day flyer with scanned pictures of the flyer before it appears anywhere else on the Internet and before it is publicly released and get a $10 Gift Card.
• Post a Boxing Day flyer as a list without pictures before it appears anywhere else on the Internet and before it is publicly released and get a $7.50 Gift Card.
• Post a flyer with full picture scans and get a $5 Gift Card.
• Post a Boxing Day flyer as a list of deals and get a $2.50 Gift Card.
• Add more (substantial) useful information to an already existing Boxing Day flyer thread and get a $2.5 Gift Card. Additional information can include a scan of the flyer if only a list was originally posted. Or a detailed list of coupons that can be used with the flyer deals to save more.

What Gift Cards Can I request?

If you have PayPal we can gladly give you your prize in cash instead of Gift Card.

How do I request my Gift Card?

Please wait until you have finished posting all your Boxing Day flyer deals and only then contact us once with the posts you made and how much we owe you in rewards. If this means you'll have to wait till January 2009 that's fine. But please don't contact us everytime you make a new post because we will simply be overwhelmd.

Once you know you won't be making any new Boxing Day flyer posts please send a private message to ilovemykids with all the necessary details including the posts you made and either your PayPal email address or Mailing address for the gift card as well as gift card preference.

What about people who posted emailed notifications or promos. Or posted and linked to promotional material from the stores`s homepage.

Those have been released publicly already and aren`t really flyers at all.

<DIR>But these are flyers. Flyers = advertisement of deals. Just because they don't have pictures of clothes or something doesn't mean its not a flyer. This is the internet and this is how it's done in the internet. You have access to their own category so a picture of somethign that says 70% off is still sufficient and still is a flyer.

SC does not offer giftcards just for non-released flyers, but it offers giftcards for Boxing Day flyers. Even though this is publicly released, most people won't come across these deals if they weren't posted. I took advantage of the Lucky Jeans deal and got some pretty cool shirts.

Also, most people in GVR haven't received their flyers yet due to the snowstorm, even though these flyers are publicly released on their websites, would you not post them here? It just makes things easier for everyone. This is sorta like metacritic where it aggregates all the flyers instead of movie reviews by the critics.
