    A list of coupon lingo for newbies or just anyone that needs help understanding the words.

    Limit 1 Coupon Per Purchase = You can use one coupon for each item purchased. For example, if you are purchasing 3 bottles of shampoo, you can use 3 coupons. You cannot use 3 coupons on 1 bottle of shampoo.
    Limit 1 Coupon Per Transaction = You can only use 1 coupon per transaction. If you want to use more than one, simply do multiple transactions.
    Limit 1 Coupon Per Person/Family = You can only use 1 coupon per store visit. If you wish to use more than one coupon, you can always go back to the store another day.
    AC = After Coupon
    BOGO or B1G1 = Buy One, Get One Free
    B2G1 = Buy Two, Get One Free
    B3G1 = Buy Three, Get One Free
    C/O = Cents Off Coupon
    CFK = Cash For Kids (coupon that donates part of the value to charity)
    FREE PRODUCT COUPON/FPC = A coupon that allows you to get the product completely free.
    SS = Smart Source (coupon booklet)
    Tear-pad = A pad of coupons, usually on the shelf or display, where you tear the coupon off of the pad.
    TFT = Toonies for Tummies (coupon booklet – these coupons can only be used in Ontario)
    TMF = Try Me Free
    Train = A Coupon Train
    YB/WUB = When You Buy
    MIR = Mail In Rebate
    STACKING = Some stores allow the use of more than one coupon per item, if the coupon itself does not restrict it.
    P&G = Proctor & Gamble (coupon booklet & website)
    Peelie = A coupon that is attached directly to the product to be “peeled off“.
    SCOP = Scanning Code of Practice
