Exactly. And just because you go through bariatric surgery does not mean you are magically cured of food addiction. You still have to make a complete 360 change in eating habits, if you slip up you will gain the weight back.

In the site lipovon.com I saw the following promotion: Buy a pack of 30 caps. (enough for 1 month) for £ 29.99 £ 23.99 only with delivery included to every country! For me this is a very good offer.

Well, I read about the ingredients of Lipovon. I would be cautious. The main content is Lipovon Formula. And what is "Lipovon Formula"?
Also, if you drink 2 litres of water after each capsule (or tablet, as I don't know, what kind of product is that), I just imagine the harm of lipovon (if it is advised to drink so much water, why? to weaken the harmful effect of that drug? or to "deceive" your organism and feel full (then think, that it is a "magical" effect of lipovon). Not reliable at all!Last edited by Mia; Mon, Aug 12th, 2013 at 06:31 PM.

Also, there is a good advertised Metamucil, then PGX. All of them are simply fiber! Eat cereal! Cheaper and more vitamins!

I agree. Lol.
Although I still eat meat once maybe twice a week my success was based on a vegetarian/mainly vegan diet.

Ive had good results with supplements, mainly fat burners/thermogenics. It is imperative that you still workout and eat a healthy diet when using them, but they make things move along faster. I've had the best results with Lipo 6 Black (lost 36 pounds) and Gaspari Detonate

There are fat blockers that can be prescribed by your doctor if desperate.
They stop around half of the fat that is consumed to not be absorbed by the intestines, which when added to a healthy diet, can be very effective in weight loss.
that being said, the side effects are not the nicest, ie....oily poops because the fat has to go somewhere.
Gastric bypass is not 100% effective. It has to be coupled with lifestyle changes and any addiction or psychiatric issues have to be dealt with.
Plus there is an increased chance of other eating disorders, there is a scar from the surgery, not being able to eat a lot of foods because of sensitivities, toileting issues, other medical issues from the sagging skin.....plus not all people are able to loose all the weight and keep it off.
Exercise, healthy eating and an awareness of your body is the best way to go.Love like crazy everyday and smile.
