Yes, it works - I used 4 with the same cashier - asked her to ring in 4 different purchases - there is nothing (at least that I could find) for $5 or less - bought 3 t-shirts regular $16.95, on sale for $7.95 and a hand lotion for $7.50 - our mall was having a no tax sale so I got a lot of stuff for around $10 - not bad!

I used it today..I got some nice smelling body spray for DH. It cost $6.xx after using the coupon and with tax. They had 25% off everything in the store and all shirts were buy 1 get 1 50%. They said you got 25% off the first shirt and then 50% off the 2nd. It was also 25% off of clearance prices.

Can confirm that the $5 coupon works at the AE in Metrotown, Burnaby.
Was able to try a hand lotion that was $7.50 from the Aerie side.

If anybody missed this don't feel too bad, I got up early and went today before work with 5 coupons printed and everything there was still more than I would pay even after $5 off. Clearance shirts $29.99???? 1 pair of boxers $16.50. I don't think so....I looked for 20 mins and left. Not worth it

I totally agree - $12.50 for a pair of socks is out of my price range!!!

some of the clearance stuff isnt too bad, I used to yesterday, 1 for a handlotion (about $2 after coupon) and 1 more for 2 shirts, 1 long sleeve knit @ 19.99 and 1 long sleeve T @ 14.99, there was also a B1G1 50% promotion on all tops, so it ended up being 19.99+7.50 -5.00 , about 23 for 2 good quality shirts : )

I do think they are rather over priced though, and would never buy anything there at regular price =/
