Internet and TV service providers

I'm moving to Elmira in October and I'm looking for an internet and tv service provider (other than Bell and Rogers). Currently I have Bell internet and satellite in London - but it is getting expensive for the little amount of service I have. Would like to change if something else is available. Doesn't have to be satellite - I don't mind cable.

I have Rogers and am somewhat happy with them (as happy as you can be with a cable/phone/internet provider). I'm in a 2 year contract which gives me 15%-20% off services, plus a free PVR box
