B. Deadlines/Limits & Related Issues.
All Sweepstakes entries and Game plays must be entered, received and recorded by YOU Technology, Brand Services' Promotion Computer by 01/2/2009 at 11:59:59 p.m. PT. after which time entries and plays will no longer be available/accepted. Limit of (1) play (other than “Tell-A-Friend” plays) and (1) entry per participant/Promotion Account per day (12:00:01 a.m. PT – 12:00:00 a.m. PT [midnight]). Any attempted participation in any manner other than as expressly stated in these Official Rules is void and will NOT result in play or entry. Persons may only register for a Promotion Account, enter the Sweepstakes, play the Game or otherwise participate in the Promotion in a manner which is fully consistent with these Official Rules.

Odds of winning a prize are dependent on the number of times the Game is played on a given day of the Promotional Period and the timing of all such Game plays. PRIZES WHICH ARE NOT CLAIMED OR ARE FORFEITED, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE RULES, WILL NOT BE AWARDED. Any prize won by a participant who is deemed a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence may be awarded to a parent or legal guardian of such minor on the minor’s behalf.
There is a limit of (1) prize per Promotion Account/email address/participant/postal mailing address for the entire Promotional Period.

The potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing by YOU Technology, Brand Services to be conducted on or about 01/5/2009. The drawing will consist of all eligible entries received. The initially selected potential Grand Prize winner will be notified within (10) days of drawing by email, regular mail, overnight mail or phone.
