So perhaps you saw my 'brag' about Great customer service from Abercrombie.
Which I removed now.
First they sent me a wrong item.
They made me wait almost 2 weeks to hear back from them.
They wanted me to ship them the wrong item back, upon return would send me the correct sweater.
Changed their mind, said they would send me the correct item with no charge to me.
Low and behold they sent the WRONG sweater again!

Sorry you have had such a rough time trying to get the correct item you ordered. Maybe it's not the pickers fault. Maybe it's the people that packaged the shirts before they hit the shipping warehouse? Considering you received the same wrong product twice it makes me think they are picking the right product according to the bag but the contents are incorrect?
Having said that, your title is a little offensive. My daughter has worked at Abercrombie for the last 5 years while she is finishing up her doctorate in University. She is not even a smidgen of an idiot much less a complete one.

I assume so since the title of the shirt is the same as whats listed online, but a different picture is posted on the website.
I`m sure she isn`t. I worked at Abercrombie before as well.
I found the title rather comical, worse things out there to be offended by.

Wow! You have my sympathies. Any company can make a mistake now and then but to make the same mistake twice is maddening!
I ordered a book about touring Provence about fifteen years ago as a gift for my in-laws who were planning a trip to the region. I received, instead, a book on touring Tuscany. Nice, but not what I needed or what I ordered. I contacted the company, explained the problem and they assured me they were sending me the correct book out in the next day's mail along with a return label for the first one.
The new package arrived but there was no book about Provence. Ack! It was the Tuscany book, again! I was more than a little irate as the entire screw-up had now taken two weeks and their departure was looming closer so I had to pour through the local bookstores to find another book about Provence, not as good as the one I'd planned to give them.
But what really blew my lid was when the CS person suggested on the phone that maybe I'd simply ordered the wrong book and they were just sending me the book on Tuscany because that's what I requested! Boy, did he try to blame the wrong person because I had the documentation RIGHT THERE IN FRONT OF ME that showed what I'd ordered versus what I'd received.
Good luck! May A&F do a better job fixing this screw-up than nameless book service did back in the late 90s!
