    Since my 3 month and a half old littleguy is cutting his first tooth, and is a little beyond grumpy, I sentDH out to do this week's grocery shop.


    Since he's not as well versed incouponing as I am, a few mistakes were made, but overall $36.19 forall of this after MIRs and CO51 was pretty good!


    Separate transactions were completedfor CO51 and MIRs.


    Metro Transaction #1


    Finish Quantum 20pk $5.88 - $2 coupon
    Finish Quantum 20pk $5.88 - $2 coupon –$5.88 (B1G1 MIR) + 25 bonus airmiles
    3x Old El Paso Salsa $3.79 - $1 coupon(supposed to be $2.99, so will be going back for scop)

    Lemon Meringue Pie $3.88

    HST = 1.01
    Total = $28.01
    - $20 airmiles cash
    Total OOP= $8.01
    -$5.88 MIR = $2.13
    (will actually profit $9.24 after goingback for SCOP)
    + Earned 26 airmiles
    Grand Total (not considering SCOP) =$2.13

    Unfortunately DH went to the UpperJames Shoppers Drugmart in Hamilton, which is the least couponfriendly and often rudest customer service that I've everexperienced. As a result, he was hassled greatly by the cashier andafter a lecture about using coupons, she wouldn't let him use a $2Dove coupon since it was printed and another one was used in thetransaction before. Just re-affirms why I never shop at thatlocation.

    Great shop!! And great DH!

    I don't think you will be able to get SCOP on all the Old El Paso you purchased. If they are different varities, then yes. If not, only one per transaction (as long as you go back at different times) and you would just be reimbursed the difference for the other ones.
