Adding to this, these are probably the same people who park their cart in the middle of the damn aisle while they take their sweet time looking at something on the shelf that their fat ass probably doesn't need. I would drop it off at the library in the morning before it opened, if it has a chute you can put it in. I know here, they wouldn't typically fine you for that.
