"Yes, that's why I asked you to do mine earlier,..........so I can go out."
time wasted: 3 hours
agravation: priceless
(the thing that really irritates, besides the young guy refusing to do mine initially, was the fact that in their own mind, they had decided that they had done the "entire" complex and would have billed for every single unit, mine included! Had I not gone out the last time, they would have driven away, and I would have waited the extra 3 hours, for nothing.)
