    old injury yes. it just aches alot. and after a hard skate, it's pretty sore. (i'm a speed skater and it entails being in a bent over position while skating laps)

    lol, no as rigorous a speed skater like say a 48 year old man. i hold my own but i'm no olympian. it's just great cardio.
