CRA incompetency.
ie: phone 3 different service reps, get 3 different answers to the same question
go to Tim Horton's.. and they don't put what you asked for in your coffee..So like if you ask for 2 cream only, and you get 1 cream and 2 sugars.. and you are a few miles away before discovering..

Bought a coffee from McDonalds. Asked her to put in enough milk so it looks like a normal coffee with milk (their coffee is very strong). She got my message backwards and put some coffee in the milk. Seriously, it was white. I said dump half of that out and fill it with coffee. It comes back filled to the brim. I carefully carry it to the truck, in the rain; put it in the cupholder while I load the truck. Climb in and pick up the cup and it colapses! All over me and the tissue box. Thankfully the tissue box was full and took most of the mess. All this because I was trying to save an extra stop. Stupid me.
People who don't listen.. especially drive tru's or young workers..
