ok, here it is: the left lane is for passing. Slow drivers are to use the right lane. I cannot stand drivers who drive side by side for miles without passing, when there is a bunch of cars behind waiting for them to get out of the way... Move over!!!! Pass the car next to you and then merge right!!!!
