x2 it took them almost 5 months to send me refund to me for my home phone.

As of 5 pm yesterday according to them we never paid the last two months, gave them confirmation numbers from TD etc - and guess WHAT, they found the payments - but still haven't turned my Satellite back on. The man in credit ops was disgustingly rude too!

BIG thing that irritates me...

Seeing car seats not installed properly! I see them in parking lots and even driving! It not only irritates me but it hurts me! If you have a precious child in your back seat, why can you not take the time to read the owners manual or watch a few you tube videos and install it properly!! URGH!!!

I had been a Bell customer for most of my adult life. I had TV satellite, dial-up modem internet, home phone, and a long distance plan. Cancelled the whole thing because of their crappy customer service. It really came down to an argument over $100 that I didn't want to pay but the deal was only offered to new customers. Somebody from customer retention promised to call me back the next day with an offer when I complained about their constant service interruptions and gave them a whole litany of issues. She didn't. I called her back and she couldn't remember which one I was. Do you really have that many complaints of this severe a nature that you can't remember me from yesterday? Good bye Bell

Now I have better satellite service with Shaw (formerlly Star Choice) and they have way better customer service too. Replaced the dial up with satellite internet - also, way better service - connection, speed, and people. Ditched the home phone and use my smart phone instead.

Drivers who assume that because they have their signal on, everyone else on the road should come to a halt to allow them to be in the lane they should have gotten into a long time ago!!!!!!!!!! HATE THEM!

OCD, i'm with you on the drivers also, why do they insist on squeezing into the space between you and the car in front when there's a half mile gap behind you?
