running out of tea bags

Waiting 45 minutes for Bell to agree that they charged you for no reason (while phone had no service).
Getting a credit for the non-service.
Having to call back because the credit was not applied in the time specified to "remind" them that you have a credit.
All the while, listening to the loud irritating music that reminds you of how long you've been on hold by counting the number of times the loop has repeated itself.

Grrrrr.....IRRITATING!
