The idiot who lives on the same road as the youngest 2's school who allows his/her dogs to roam from before 7.30 am to after 9.00 am and 3.30 pm to 6.00 pm.

Bus chasing dogs...dogs which get onto the school grounds..

Dog which gets smacked by a bus because it ran out in front of it and the driver couldn't stop....

And Idiot DogOwner is suing the school and the bus company...
