getting an itch on my foot that just cannot be satisfied. it is like imbedded deep in the huge scar on the bottom of my foot and i cant scratch it! wtf?

Sounds like an itch close to a nerve.
Or it could be dryness deep in the skin.


Maybe massaging the food with some nice lotion.
If that doesn't help, at least your foot will be soft.
