    you could say that... last may i went for a regular cleaning, we got our benefits cheque in the mail a few days later, as usual.. for reasons unknown the cheque went uncashed.. we found it recently, tried to cash it, but of course it was expired... sent an email request to GWL for a re-issued cheque, they asked for a written request with the cheque included in the envelope.. today we get a denial letter from them because they won't cover expenses after coverage has been terminated (which it wasn't terminated for a few months after this cleaning).. WTF?? this isn't a new claim!! I just want another fkn cheque! and now when we try to send in another request we won't have the cheque to give them because we sent it to them already!
