When those big trucks are coming towards you on the single lane, narrow country roads and they cross over the middle line to intimidate you. Yeah, it works.

People who would leave a few drops of milk in the carton (not enough even for a cup of tea) because they are too lazy to through the empty carton in the bin and open a new one.
