Me. I irritate me today. Yup, that's right. The easy-going, pleasant Wendark that you all know and love is feeling really ticked off today and I've been telling off everyone who got in my way.

In the beverages aisle, a lady had her cart right in the middle of the aisle. I mean, you couldn't pass on either side. Her cart was empty. Mine was full. She and I looked at each for what seemed an eternity. I finally said "well?" very impatiently and she moved her cart. "There's a good girl" said I.

I'm still laughing over yesterday. You should have seen my husband. Some things I had to recount for him because he wasn't with me; others he witnessed himself. I think he cringed at one point. LMAO.

i say good for you. i tell off people all the time. D says its because im socially awkward. i call it honesty and not take crap from anyone. meh. two peas different pods.

There are a lot of things that irritate me today. Deep breath. Here we go:

drivers were very aggressive today - several didn't look like they were going to stop - and it's not even a full moon

Why is it that I always get stuck behind a cyclist while climbing a blind hill? Why doesn't it ever happen where I can see clearly to pass them?

Same store (WM), at the checkout. A man is standing with his cart, on an angle, blocking access to an available cashier. "Are you in line?" I ask (nicely). He hems and haws because he's stalling, waiting for his wife to come with the forgotten item(s). So I say, "either get in line or move out of the way - you're blocking the cashier!". He moves.

At the same store, as I'm exiting, using of all things, the EXIT doors, there is a swarm of about 20 people coming in. I refuse to move my cart and plough through the horde, saying "it's an exit door people!". Nobody dared take me on.

At Home Depot (yeah, more shingles), a van is parked in the laneway, blocking everybody. As we're loading our truck, now he wants to move and we're in his way. "yeah, too bad about that eh?"

Oh Wendark! These all just made my afternoon better! I relished each and every one of them, so nice to know that even the most gentle looking furry's can snap too!
