Last week in Food Basics, a customer in another line started yelling at the cashier that she knows nothing about customer service and that she's rude. He had his young son with him. Another cashier came to take over from her, to try to solve the problem, and he started yelling the same thing at her. From two lanes over I called out "Dude! (btw, I never usually say that) If you think everybody else is rude, then take a look at yourself - it's you that's rude". Then another customer in that line spoke up too, and then another and finally "dude" said, never mind, I'm leaving. All this in front of his child.
