    no it doesn't.. i've been on the list since it started... i report the same damn telemarketer after every single phone call, about 4 or 5 times a week.. "no, i don't have any fkn ducts that need cleaning.. do you even know what a 'duct' is?? and no, you're not calling from whitby and no, your name is not richard"
