So what did everyone do for Valentine's Day?

We didn't do much. Had Pork Chops on the BBQ with my new Epicure Souvlaki Seasoning. YUMMY! Then we watched OITNB on netflix (that was DH's present to me - I've wanted Netflix for awhile).

Now 3 days with the family (we have Family Day on Monday in Ontario). DH got laid off on Thursday and he doesn't start his new job until Feb 27th. Lots of time to get him to do his "chores". lol.

On Tuesday he's supposed to go buy the supplies to make me this:

I went out for a birthday lunch with my mum, then just relaxed.

I had a decent Valentines! No hot date...but me and a group of friends made gift baskets for a Transition home (women and families fleeing domestic violence). We asked for donations and people gave so generously. Was able to give some of these women lots of chocolate and perfume and lotion, etc.

We went to see a movie Winter's Tale.....had a nice Valentine's Day! Weekend is almost over.....back to work for me tomorrow! Post Offices are open as it is a Provincial holiday and not a Federal.

Ugh. Just checked Heatherwake's package again and no change. It still says it's in Edmonton. It's about halfway in the "Transit" section so I have no idea when it's supposed to be delivered (it still says expected delivery was the 14th).

Sorry I don't have any good news. I'll keep checking!

Still no updates. CP hasn't updated since Feb 8th (when it arrived in Edmonton).

No idea where it is. Hopefully it shows up soon or Momto2Ks can get some answers and a refund when she gets home.
