Between January 5 and March 31, 2009 ("Contest Period"), stay at a Hilton Family hotel
in Canada (excluding Quebec) and complete your stay by March 31, 2009.

There are two ways to enter:
1) You will receive one entry into the Contest when you stay and earn
AIR MILES reward miles during the Contest Period.

2) If you are or become a Hilton HHonors member during the Contest Period,
you will receive one entry into the Contest when you stay at a participating
Hilton Family hotel.

Each entry gives you a chance to win one of these prizes:

• One Grand Prize of 25,000 reward miles; OR
• One Second Prize of 15,000 reward miles; OR
• One Third Prize of 10,000 reward miles.
