Picked up unsalted crackers so exchanged them for salted ones...the computer took off 30 points 2.99 item and gave me back 20 points (same price?)
small ticket item so no worries, but how does the system work? Anyone know?

If you provide them with the receipt it has your Optimum info on it when they scan it.
