I honestly only went in SDM for a case of Canada Dry gingerale 3.30-2.00 coup. However, instead of getting in line I found myself strangely being pulled toward the clearance section. I found Pantene shampoo and hairspray on clearance for 2.00. I had 3 2.00 off any Pantene product. 3 turned into 4 because one shampoo rang in at the wrong price-SCOP! I forced myself....really, my hands were full.....no cart, 4 bottles, case of pop, purse, it was tough!!!! Funny how the power of the coupons always pulls you into the clearance section. LOL

I never leave SDM without checking out the clearance. Its addicting! Great clearance deals for you! Yah!

I know this sounds dumb but, where do you usually find the clearance sections in Shoppers? I've never seen them before.

Stores quite often do it differently. In the one I go to they always have a couple of end of shelf clearance areas for "hodgepodge stuff" -- lost leaders - one of a kind etc .... usually they are discounted quite a lot though just to move them. But today - I found clearance shampoos - john frieda, nexxus, got2b, liveclean and the other higher end stuff -- all on the regular shelf ... with clearout stickers on the shelf --- not a lot of each - but significantly discounted ... like the nexxus is regularly 12-15$ and these were discounted down to $3 .... the "got2b" and "Fat Hair" brands were also discounted down to $3 each.... I think it's just a matter of getting to know the store that you normally go to.

Great score! I love the clearance section... I don't even wanna know what I look like in the store looking for it. I think my nose just leads me... Haha.
