At Super Store I've seen the same deal.
I bought a 3 pack filter with $16.78.
Used my $3 coupon and mailed all the info to get the $10 PC card.
It comes around $1.5 for filter.
Nor bad.

I usually buy 4 packs for 12.99 at my liquidation place. Then 2.99 after coupon (I don't know if they would accept but I priced match). 2.99 + tax for 4 filters for me :)!
