No, this is a recent thing, because it is everything (but Shutterfly) now. They used to only offer S&H on certain items.

When my son was in diapers...8 yrs ago lol... They had free S&H and much much better rewards. They had tons of Fisher Price items... I got him a rock n' roll bike (the one that goes from infant to toddler with a handle) and didn't pay a cent. The only good thing I was saving for magically disappeared the other day, $25 GC from gap. now I have a ton of points and no interest in any of the rewards.

I sure agree with you. Perhaps by us talking about this it will let Pampers know what we the consumers want? Hopefully.
