Woohoo! My SOF had oodles of carnation canned milk. Bought 24 and 6 crisco shortening and made 20,000 pts. I'm set for the year (again--last year carnation came on for $1 and there was those glorious $1 coupons that came out.) Also picked up 3 more Danone yogurt so I can mail in the upc's for a $5 MIR. Looks like I have to check out the SOF every week. There are deals to be had--you just have to be a good sleuth to find them (or be friends with the right people ).

Found out tonight that you can't redeem your points at the till like you can at RCSS. They have occasional specials which the till will and the cashier will ask you if you want to take advantage of it and redeem some points. They also have certain basic items, like butter, bread, potatoes I think which you can redeem points for anytime I believe. So in taking advantage of the carnation milk for example, yes you will earn 2000 pts this week wub 3 cans, but you still must pay the OOP amount.
But that means I can save the points for something fun--like a flight someone warm

April 4 - 10:
B$100G$10 gift card or 4,000pts (Apr. 5 - 10 only)
There are also B$100G2,000pts. & B$200G5,000pts. bar coded coupons. Whether these can be combined with the B$100G$10 or 4,000pts. offer is anyone's guess.
I'll use an average of $2/1,000 pts (yes, I know some of you use lower but some of the GCs are above $2 so this is just to give a general idea of possibilities. The first number is the price in the flyer. Second number is the price after factoring in the value of the points)
Buy any 5 General Mills cereals Get 3,000 (Go for the free movies)
4.99/3.79
Buy any 4 General Mills products (see list) G2,000
Source yogurt 2.67/1.67 (Subtract $1.00 from the price of any of the other eligible products to determine the effective prices)
