I'm sorry you are carrying such a heavy stress load right now. It seems to drain our energies and sucks the joy out of life. Sometimes when things keep piling up, things out of our control we need to take one minute at a time.. try not to worry what will happen in an hour, a day a week etc etc..

If there is any way you can relax enough to cry, it would help alot. It seems to me that tears are like April showers.. they cleanse us, help release the pressure and free us to blossom like May flowers :O) .. my kids keep telling me I'm lame, I'm sure they are correct because well I am lame but the little things like these help me get more enjoyment out of life.

If you live near a lake or ocean.. I find walking on the beach on a windy/rainy day helps me as well.

Wow, that is a lot going on.

I know you didn't ask for advice, but I'm going to give some - fix your relationship with your husband, that comes first.

It will help you deal with everything else so much more easily; it's not helping you now to feel so resentful towards him - he should be the soft place for you to fall. Talk with him, seriously. (and not only about him helping out at home, that's not the real issue...)

    best advice!

    Well, things were puddling along.

My brother asked to go back to the hospital and be admitted to the mental health ward again this morning. I know this is a good thing that he asked for help before trying anything, but its still very hard and my heart is sad.

Here's hoping they will be able to help your brother in the hospital.
    Glad you found the washer.

I can understand how you may be feeling; my much younger sister had attempted suicide a few months ago (just days before her 12th birthday ) and was put into a mental health treatment facility for youth. It is hard and can really be devastating, but I just had to remind myself that the individuals there were trained to help her in ways that I (and her other family members) could not. I hope that he will receive the help that he needs, and that he can soon reach a much better place of health and happiness.
