me too and get this they told me they credited me on June 1 for June searches (i asked them now think about that HOW is it possible) and plus i watched my account and was credited on June 1 for May searches ( i know this for fact) ,,, the lady wrote back telling me I just dont understand the process and they credited all accounts on July 20...I asked to be transferred to a manager and she wrote back that i will not get points, if i dont i may need to file with BBB , know its only 30 airmiles but its the idea of it all.... they cant screw us all like this!

i wrote to airmiles and then im escalating it to Better Business Bureau if they dont action on my email by end of week (been in discussion for 1-2 weeks now)...they outright todl me EVERYONE has been credited on July 20.....i wrote back saying i checked with friends and NO ONE got their miles

Actually, the airmiles woman may be correct when she states that the June airmiles show up on our statements as being credited June 1 (even though we only actually received the miles in our accounts in late July).

June is the first month for which I should have received airmiles tool bar miles (i didn't use the tool bar before then), and in my account statement it states that they were crediting on June 1st, even though I know for sure that I didn't get the 30 miles into my account until a couple of weeks ago.

I never got my June Airmiles either and now since last night the Airmiles site is a blank white page.

I would give Airmiles 60 days from July 31 for the July Airmiles unless you read about others getting their July Airmiles and you didn't and August Airmiles you won't get until after the end of August.

I haven't gotten my June miles for the toolbar either. Hmmm, looks like we're all going to have to pester them.
