Today i tryied to downlod airmiles toolbar but ite asking for colector number? Can someone please tell me what is this and from where i can get it + if there any charge for this, thanks for help

You need to be registered with Air Miles.. and they give you a collector # (account #) in order to collect and keep track of your Air Miles.

Sidrah, it tallies them on a monthly basis. whatever you had on Dec 31st will give you the total miles you earned for December. It takes a week or two for them to be added to your account.
i've been doing the toolbar thing for a year, i never go out of my way to make extra searches (but it's on my work computer which i use for a lot of net research). i average 20 miles/month. it's great.

Mine wasn't working and then it suddenly added all my searches at once. I think it's okay now. I'm saving for gift cards I think. I did just get a great sand & water table for my son. It was reg 950 miles and was on sale for 475 miles. In the stores it's over $100. I was happy and it got to my house 4 days after orderig too.

i checked, mine's working. make sure you have it enabled in your addons in the browser. and your logged in to collect the miles?

I'm having problems with mine too... I've had it for a few months and it's worked okay (including earlier this month) but today my searches don't seem to be registering.
Still shows that I'm logged in and the searches work okay -- just not being recorded.
Is this the problem you're having Petapaw? Anyone else?

It's working okay for me again too (didn't need to install). No credit for yesterday's search though... but just glad it's working again. I love my Airmiles points!
