I got this, but I found that after a while it stopped counting my searches. its been three days since I've gotten a search counted

Me too!!! Ive been stuck on 68 searches for a few days now!

Hmmm, weird. Everything was ok yesterday, then today my toolbar has vanished.

I wonder if the brats were playing on the computer while I slept?

Andit, mine is broken too, it was hidden, then when I turned it on it didn't show my searches etc, just the search box and an ugly grey LOGO (word not an actual logo) so I went to settings > reset and it worked

I am having the same issue and I tried to go to settings but it does nothing when I click on it.

Had the same issue (about trying to change settings) - couldn't even log off.

I uninstalled, then reinstalled & still it wasn't working.

An hour or so ago, it suddenly kicked back to its old self.

I think the computer is out to make me lose what little sanity I have.

Sad to hear many of you have had problems. I've been using the airmiles toolbar for 5 months and its working great. Airmiles are posted within a week of the end of the month. Thank you for posting!

I like how it keeps counting and also gives you your total AirMiles balance in the account.. I've stopped collecting AirMiles for awhile, now I'm hoping to work towards another $20 gift certificates

Mine froze a couple of days ago. I uninstalled/reinstalled before I read that everyone else was having problems too. It's working again now though.
