It's always a little slow switching over from month to month. Usually the month will change way before the searches start over at 0.

The toolbar is fixed it says November and 0 reward miles.

Mine disappeared as well with 20 searches, its back now , my conclusion is not to search for the first 2-3 days of the month until things settle down, last month also I lost 15 searches when it was reset for the new month for everyone
while mine showed Oct. on the dot.

The only thing that seems to work for me is searches is looking up famous people and other famous stuff.Well most of the time it works not today though.
