I uninstalled again, it worked for about 150 searches in Nov then stopped and never worked again. When I search it doesn't record it at all, 0 valid seaches, 0 non-valid searches

Is this still working? Everytime I put my number in, it tells me that it's not a valid number (and yet when I enter it in up top to view my account, it works).

Mine stopped working in November. Then it reset for December but it wouldn't count my searches. I have stopped using it. Hopefully they'll fix whatever is wrong with it.

Seemingly the toolbar is fine, it is an update to Firefox that is stopping it counting searches, I switched to IE and all of my searches count. If you want to keep Firefox you have to go back to 3.7.x

I'm using 3.6.12 of Firefox which is the latest version according to the website. How do you get the version 3.7.x to go back to? I hate to use IE it is such a resource hog and takes like 5 minutes to load on my old laptop.

could someone please tell me what are invalid searches? everytime i have been searching afrter the first 72 searches, it comes up with invalid search why is this so?

You can't search for any words you have searched before, I find if I am searching GSN questions, the ones that say xxxx & ______ the space for the answer seems to give an invalid search

It's still a poorly coded piece of crap. I called the Airmiles customer support centre, just to grind on them for a bit - they are oh so sympathetic but don't care. They say it's not their problem. !!!

Still short 5 Airmiles from October and still no Airmiles from November search.At least I did get 10 Airmiles today for going to the car site.
