    Again, I only got 25 miles for December when it should of been 30. I e-mailed them again. I had no problem the last time this happened it's just unfortunate that it keeps happening. Other than that I love how easy it is to get 30 airmiles a month!

    I installed this toolbar (which I was really excited about) and so far it isn't registering any searches I make. The counter says I've made 0 searches that count, and 0 searches that don't count... but if I check the search history under the search bar, there are like 50 entries.
    I email their support desk two weeks ago. Almost right away I got a form response asking for a while bunch of my system information, and I haven't heard anything since. I'm pretty annoyed by this... I replaced a great toolbar in order to get airmiles, and yet I won't be getting any... certainly not for January. Anybody else have this problem? Did the support team end up fixing it for you eventually?

    xerynx - I had that issue, I ended up having to use it in IE, something about the newer version of firefox not accepting it

    It's still a horrible piece of intrusive malfunctioning software. Airmiles doesn't care, the sponsor doesn't seem to care ... so I deleted it from all the computers. It's that bad.
