I contacted them and received an e-mail a couple days later saying they would be added. They showed up within the hour. It's worth the minute it takes to send the e-mail

Did you have to contact them? I am still waiting for mine and have contacted them. Of course I got the old standard reply of how it can take up to 60 days...it usually only took 20. I just sent them another e-mail back saying, ok it's now been over 60 days. Originally Posted by tommygunn

I emailed them and got a response that they have credited my account and i checked to see that they did and they did.... so it was a painless email that got immediate results !

Their service really depends on who gets your email, some of them are helpful, some I think just delete them

Glad this is over!!! I uninstalled this crap toolbar a loooong time ago. It was too much hassle. AirMiles is a hassle all in itself anyway. When I left my husband and joined AirMiles it was in my married name. Now they want me to provide a divorce certificate to prove my name change or I can't redeem any of my air miles!! I don't have a divorce certificate nor am I going to spend anymore more money on that useless marriage I was involved in to get one!!!!!
I've rec'd over $1500 so far of Amazon.ca gift cards. All for free!
