Did you have to contact them? I am still waiting for mine and have contacted them. Of course I got the old standard reply of how it can take up to 60 days...it usually only took 20. I just sent them another e-mail back saying, ok it's now been over 60 days.

Glad this is over!!! I uninstalled this crap toolbar a loooong time ago. It was too much hassle. AirMiles is a hassle all in itself anyway. When I left my husband and joined AirMiles it was in my married name. Now they want me to provide a divorce certificate to prove my name change or I can't redeem any of my air miles!! I don't have a divorce certificate nor am I going to spend anymore more money on that useless marriage I was involved in to get one!!!!!

Just redeem them in your married name for gift cards as they come and have no name on the card

I went to get a Keg one and they don't have them anymore either! When I write back to them AGAIN this week about my missing June toolbar search miles I will see if they know if these GC will be back.
