One (1) Grand Prize consisting of:

• Return airfare for two (2) in economy class for the winner and a guest from Pearson International Airport in Toronto to an airport in, or around, Venice, Italy;
• Four (4) night standard hotel accommodation (one room, double occupancy, selected by Contest Sponsors) in or around Venice, Italy; and,
• $1,000 CDN spending money

Approximate retail value of Grand Prize is $5,000 CDN. Grand Prize travel dates and times to be determined at sole discretion of Contest Sponsors. Grand Prize travel must be completed by August 30, 2009.

Three (3) Secondary Prizes each consisting of two (2) tickets to theToronto Maple Leafs February 19th, 2009 regular season home game (the "Game") at Air Canada Centre (specific seating to be determined at sole discretion of Contest Sponsors), plus the opportunity to compete in an in-arena competition (the "Competition") for a chance to win one (1) Grand Prize. Approximate retail value $200 CDN.
All incidental costs and expenses not specifically identified as being included (including, without limitation, taxes, transportation to and from Air Canada Centre, food, beverages, souvenirs, personal expenses) shall be the sole responsibility of the winners and their guests.
The three (3) Secondary Prize winners will compete in the Competition to determine the winner of the Grand Prize trip.
