I have some errands to do today so DH is going to cook. Do not care what it is. It will be a fantastic meal since I don't have to prepare it, lol.

I have b/s chicken breast, bacon, mango, salad greens & Italian bread loaf, so going to wrap chunks of chicken with bacon and skewer on sticks with the mango...grill on the bbq and brush with Kraft Sweet Onion dressing...mix the greens with the same dressing then serve the skewers over the greens..and slice the Italian loaf in thick slices and grill until crispy and brush with garlic butter and cut into pieces like large croutons...

pan fried some thick rainbow trouts fillets in butter on the BBQ side burner for DH and DS....oopsy! Too bad I had no idea the company was treating the employees to a BBQ at work tonight! oh well, a nice meal awaits them when they return.

Picked up all sorts of summer sprouts at the farmer's market today. Thinking of making some salad with freshly picked grape tomatoes from the garden.
