as I waited in line the line grew pretty long ,it was around 11.30 in the morning and the woman in front of me lit into the cahier "could you hurry as I have 20 minutes to get to work" oh I have separate orders -so after the first order and employee came up and cashier said "do you mind if I ring in his drink he is on break" well the customer started again "why doesn't walmart have more cashiers" as she said that they were calling people up -so when I got to cashier I said -wow some people are so rude -you handled that very well I told her and no complaints from me -in fact when I was done I went over to her supervisor and told them how professional she was(the cashier) with how polite the cashier was to a very well -dressed rude lady in front of me -we all need to think that cashiers are people too and treat them with respect ( I am surprised I didnt say anything to customer in front of me -but I was dealing with sore gums and little to no sleep from last nightLast edited by coupon girl; Thu, Jul 17th, 2014 at 04:09 PM.

Maybe she had a rough morning...who knows, right? Good on you for rewarding good behavior. I'm sure the supervisor was pleased with the feedback you gave her.

Rude customers suck.
But...am I understanding the situation correctly? The cashier wanted to ring in an employees transaction while she was serving the customer in front of you?

Great brag Coupon Girl. Too bad but, there will always have some rude peoples. It is what it is but, it is how we deal with them that matters. Thank God you were there for that poor cashier.
Thank you for sharing.........................

I am amazed at the cashiers at my WM store.....I don't know how they put up with what they have to deal with.....for some reason people seem to think they can behave inappropriately at WM and it's ok. Some people even scare me they way they act out......I give those cashiers a lot of credit.

That was great managers love to hear positive feedback about their cashiers and let's be honest many of us keep on with our day unless we have something negative to say I am guilty of it aswell
