I bought a shortdated 4 litre chocolate milk at SDM the other day-regular 7.99 minus 20% seniors discount -$7.00 in manager stickers-in other words they paid me .71 cents to take it home. My daughter was eating at her friends house and that mother ended up with 6 kids for dinner so sent it over there to use up before it expired.

Received a PC Points offer of 800pts/$1 for grapes. PM'ed four heaping bags of black grapes @ $0.99/lb. Used four $0.50 any fruit/veg coupons from save.ca. Total OOP cost was $6 and earned 6400pts (worth $6.40 towards future purchases).

Ended up with ~20 jars of homemade grape jam. Will slap some labels on them, tie a pretty gingham ribbon, and they will be ready to gift whenever I'm invited over somewhere. Or when unexpected guests make an appearance.

Ho la, la that looks delicious. Can I be invited over. We will have some good toast and a good coffee.....................................

I also used the Buy 2 save $2 (walmart mag) on lysol wipes. They werent on sale but the MIL requested some. The retail price was $2.94 for each but became a multi buy for $4 if you bought 2. $4-$2 = $1 for each box

Saw a woman using coupons at Target so I gave her my $2 off Country Naturals burgers and $1 off Country Naturals Target coupon. Hope she can use them. I just can't get myself to spend $5 on a box of 450 g burgers when lean ground beef is only $2.99 this week.

Yard sales were mostly a bust today. Not my usual ooh and ahh deals, but still alright:

-FREE 20'' Viewsonic monitor - Works! Came out ~2006, and sold for almost $300 then! I bought a DVI splitter on ebay for it so I can have 2 monitors for my computer and one copied to my TV. I have to say, I have a pretty swanky computer setup and it was REALLY cheap, as far as computers go, everything on my desk is secondhand.

-20c each - 2 organizer things, cat brush that pushes the hair out, Dr Scholl's heel inserts, and a wallet that can hold my phone.

-Mom got 2 Rubbermaid lunch container things with the separators for 50c and a pair of Dr Scholl's sandals for 50c.


My favorite storebought deal of the day was PC "The Decadent" white chocolate chips in the 220~g bag. 50% off at $1.45 a bag or something. I don't often buy white chocolate, so I think that's a really good price. I got 12 lol.

I was daydreaming about doing cookies and cream fudge for Christmas a couple days ago, and then WHOOMP there's my white chocolate on sale! It was a sign! I had to get a dozen!

Just received my 3 Kellogg's Special K summer totes with $15 coupon books. Used the 3 bogo coupons on Special K at safeway while they are 2/$8 buy 6 get 75 airmiles.
$12-7.88AM cash= $4.12 for 6 boxes that have the pin codes for more totes. 3 more totes and coupon books are on their way! With this deal spending the initial $12 on cereal put me well on the way to spending $30 at Safeway and I got a free 4L jug of milk with the email coupon
