My DM got spend 50,000 points get 15,000 points back for her birthday last year - her balance was around 60,000.

I got 4000 free points for my birthday, my balance was around 12,000. If you read back, I believe a few other people mentioned that they had less than 50,000 points when they got free points for their birthday.
This could just be coincidence though.

I agree this seems to be the pattern. I think if they can offer you a points back offer for your birthday, that is what you get. If your point balance is low, the offer is meaningless so they replace it with free points, perhaps to get you in the store more.

After three weeks of not getting any offers - I received the email for this week! It has been over a week since I shopped there (testing out to see if this would get me personalized offers again!

i got
20X when you spend $50
$4 off pampers
$2 off cereal
$3.77 for milk
500 bonus pts on lays
1,500 bonus pts for balea hand soap
3,000 bonus pts on may belling mascara

hoping I get the chance to use them as we are going out of town Saturday (or Sunday!)

Have shoppers updated their system lately to make so personalize coupon and weekly promotions can't be combined?

It was 18500 points when buy $75. I had a 20x personalize coupon, I ended up not getting 18500 on the spot and got the 20x later.

This week there is redeem $200 instead of $170. I have a 20x coupon also. The item I want to buy is $450. I was just wondering if I would get 20x on the $250 if I redeemed.
The redemption doesn't say can not be combined, but the 20x coupon say can not be combined with Optimum points offer.

Chocobunni, I did the same thing two promotions ago. Bought tv for $300, redeemed on bonus promo $200, used 20x personal coupon and received 20k points ($100 x 200 pts) at the beginning of the next month. Another poster, the Shoppers she went to wouldn`t take her coupon, ended up calling head office and didn`t receive the points (offers aren`t to be combined), however I think most Shoppers find this acceptable. At the one I went to, I told them exactly what I wanted to do before they started the transaction and they didn`t have a problem with it.

I haven`t seen any posts on people having problems with similar combinations yet (as long as the coupon is accepted in-store). So far I have received all my 20x at a later date promos.

I was very excited about my personalized offers but i dont find anything interesting instead of eggs coupon which i am definitely going to use this week.
And i think i am going to use the generic coupon "8000 bp wus $40.00 or more" tomorrow as i have some crest toothpastes coupons, so it is very easy for me to hit $40.00 target.

and i am not sure about this lindt/lindor offer. I'll see if there is anything with the manager's sticker on it.
