It's closed again.
I just signed up and it worked for me. Although I was registered befroe, don't know if that makes a difference.

haven't gotten mine yet and niether has my mom .... boo boo boo
I signed up back in January, never got them, now when I go back it says I've already requested them. Does it really take that long? What does that mean?
i havent gotten it either and it wont let me request it again so guess we wait and see if anything shows
